Welcome to our webcam! It shows a part of our gigantic 4000-Liter aquarium in our office
This is a live-stream, produced by a windows media encoder. It is sent to our Windows Media Server which delivers the data to your browser or Media Player. It can take a minute before the first image is seen but then you should see smooth video, as long as you have a DSL-Line or faster.

The image on top is a live picture from our aquarium, it show the view from the side of the aquarium.
The aquarium has the size of 400x120x80 cm (80 high) and contains almost 4000 liter water. It is placed in the middle of our office as a room separator, one can walk along almost 10 meter of glass.The filter is an external mat filter which contains only a 5cm filter foam board, formed like a "U". In the center of the U 2 pumps (3000 l/h each) pump the filtered water to the other end of the aquarium to let the waterflow circle.
The light is produced by 6 HCI-Lamps with 150W each, a siemens logo! interface was programmed by us to controll all functions like sundown, waterchanges, temperature control, fertilizer etc. This is done automatic, we only have to feed the animals.
